13/8 doesn't improve anything, neither does 8/4 23/22. I'd play 23/18, starting to escape back man. Lots of hitters for white, but are they so hurtful? White has blot on ace, most hits will lead to a good number of returns, and most hits will break outer board point. Hits will hurt white more than blue, so white better count the number of returns before hitting after blue play 23/18.
