Lost my market ?

All of these high fallutin theories and estimations ignore one simple truth.
If you hold the cube and roll, you will have it available to you next turn and maybe you will understand that one better. Why sharpen the knife so sharp to cut this cheese? The guy you doubled had NO clue, if he was 200 ELO worse than you, so why are you burning up so many brain cells wondering and pontificating about correct cube action?
Just WAIT.
Next turn you may improve 10% and the bozo will take.
You may just plow him for a gammon, your gammons must be over 20% now, no?
Then you avoid the dreaded two loss scenario you suffered.
If he wants to double when he gets a shot, which you make sound like a clever play... (?) Who cares?
Let him double because he got a shot! Put the match winning point on the line when he is a DOG.
THAT cube decision won't leave you scratching your head as this one did.
A good hedge when you are not sure about doubling... is do NOT double. It works, and it works very well, trust me.
