The hit goes without saying 13/11*. Then there are two possible 3's; 24/21 or 10/7 (11/8 must be inferior to 10/7). I think the builder on the 10 point is as useful as a spare on the 7, so I would take the opportunity to improve on both sides of the board and play 24/21 while blue is on the bar.
