In Response To: Stick v. Neil - Game 3 - 26 from the bar (Stick)

13/7 says "hey, you can't do it all at once next turn". In other words White either hits the blot that 13/7 creates or makes an inner board point, can't do both. If White does hit the blot that leaves Blue plenty of anchor making numbers from the bar to stunt White's potential offensive onslaught.
