The latter. Backgammon, Chess, Poker, a girlfriend _and_ a (un)serious 9-5 job keeps you quite busy all day ;-).

If you need to then my suggestion is to stop (in order): poker, chess, job, backgammon, and then girlfriend. Is your order similar?
