MWC tends to tell you more about when the error occurred rather than how big it is.
You can horribly mess up a decision at Crawford, 20-away, and it'll cost you a hundredth of a fraction of a percent in winning chances. Make the same mistake at DMP and it'll cost you 15% MWC.
However, EMG can be problematic sometimes, esp. on take/pass decisions, I think. But it tends to be a relatively good normalization for indicating how big of an error you actually made or didn't make.
