Small Vegas update

Dennis Culpepper, Harvey Gillis, Dion Hogan, Mark Wiener. We went for 400 (400 may have been the most common, average was ~500). Dennis is alive in the main, the rest are in the conso or worse.

I agree that the Calcutta was not run as well as it could have been. After people stopped opening at 400 with many fields left, starting at 300 and going with 100 increments was pretty ineffective.
