What you first need to realize is that you're holding White, you can't let him go yet. You're way behind in the race, even with the adjusted pip count. Cube has been turned, you have to finish this one off, how best to do it? Key features to be noted...White's board is not only crushed but there's a blot floating around. Ideally you'd like to force White off the anchor and close out one of his checkers, probably the best case scenario for you.
I played 6/2 3/2 rather quickly. It's one of the top 3 plays on 3 ply all within' .005 of each other. The other play I like of Snowie's is 7/2. This keeps the back of the prime and slots the next available point in the front of yours. Also, if White is forced to hit, you now get a shot at White's other blot and it's more than likely he won't be able to pick it up. (you left twos to hit and now only 1s & 3s would pick up, so would White really hit with those #s? I think not.]
