Opening roll - post Crawford

I do not mean to indicate that there is nothing to take from Bart's work, since I certainly got something out of it, and the book was interesting. However given that Stick has a much better rollout available for this kind of thing I'm going to go with that and split with 41 and take the upcoming cube, figuring I probably win slightly more than 50% of games. I still like having the book.

One interesting thing that AFAIK has never been discussed is whether the stronger player should alter any his post-Crawford decisions to account for playing strength. Are there any opening rolls that are close to 50% where the game is shorter/longer on average than from initial position?
