There are an odd amount of plays here given White is so trashed you can do as you please. OTB I'd probably make the somewhat 'standard + boring' play of 18/13 7/6. One drawback of this is breaking your five prime though it leaves a nice distribution and you'll most likely remake it. Another, possibly important drawback is taking that spare off the 18 pt. I won't swear it's an issue of the position, but it is something to think about. You'd much rather have it as an extra shooter. For eg. if you'd rolled 52 here I'd play 18/16 13/8 in a heartbeat.

Other mentionables are 7/2 7/6, slotting the next point in line. 13/8 7/6 leaving a great distribution and retaining that extra spare on the 18 and double pressure on your opponent's midpoint. I do kick myself before roll usually when I see my opponent's board is such a mess trying to make sure I don't forget to look for 'tricky plays'.
