How can White play this ridiculous 2nd move? This move is best played when sevens play well for the opponent. Here Blue's sevens are mediocre at best. This must be at least a .0254 mistake.

The spares on the six point are begging to move to the five, so put one there. White will have a difficult time developing his forward position further. So avoid giving him targets to attack with the stack. Play 7-5 with the 2.

If Stick disagrees with me, I'll make his play. He's the world's expert on third roll replies like this.
