It's possible, I imagine the plays are closer, but not enough to swing it IMO. 14/5* comes out better by quite a bit cubelessly, 24/21 gives us some more efficient cubes so it may be better for money, I'd still vote for 14/5* but again I don't feel terribly strongly about it.
