My take on the situation

A friend sent me this position and wanted to know why both his Snowie and GNU rollouts preferred 13/10. Since I would have felt slotting was correct by about .025 I decided to do my own rollout.

I wouldn't have slotted if there was no opp blot on his ace pt, but here I couldn't resist since if I get away with it, I have really screwed White.

However the main issue for White here is that he is close to desparate to move his back checkers and by slotting you allow him to move with a 4 with a tempo and a hit. Blue probably does a bit better to preserve his advantage and leave 10 fewer shots and to hope to soon make his points naturally.
