This looks like a close ND to me. The problem is that you only lead by 7 in a very long race and that you may be return hit from the roof even if you roll a pointer and you can still lose after pointing even if not hit back directly.

I also cannot imagine that anyone can pass this vs me. Most of my opps will scoop and be happy to torture me with my 33% TP for the recube if they escape and get a couple pips ahead.

I cautiously don't cube here.
