LA?

Well, lets see... If I was in the equation as the losers bracket winner I would take 2.5- 1 odds that I would win, so that shouldn't complicate it.
The amount? 100-400 v. 250-1000?
Since I have offered to take the worst of it odds wise... I think it is only fair that someone take whomever the winners bracket player is, against whoever makes it out of the conso... Sight unseen.
As Bob pointed out earlier, Tom Keith did something that indicated that often the loser bracket survivor is often a better player, the undefeated guy is often the luckiest player on day 1...
But usually the winner wins. Munitz and Talbot won from the losers bracket in recent years, against average undefeated players.
If I happened to be the undefeated player, it would be a natural hedge for me to take 2.5-1 odds on the loser bracket rep. In fact I might bet on him additionally at 3-1, now that is the way to hedge! However, since I have to WIN to become the ABT Champion... Because I am over 12 points behind Neil, then anyone betting me can be sure that I will not throw away the chance at winning the ABT twice in a row for a few bucks... Especially since I am employed.
What would not be fair, to ME, is for me to take the worst of the odds up front, and then to have you guys line up to bet on Neil if he wins the losers bracket and plays Larry Liebster who somehow won from the winners bracket. So get a message to me before the tournament starts if you want to take the undefeated player and pay 2.5-1, and I will do it. MCG or UBK or Riles can keep track, if you don't trust moi.
