GNU memory leaks?

I dunno, dude, I saw 700K+ on the memory page... I hit control-shift-esc to bring up the task manager, and there it was. I routinely get one instance of GNU to suck up 100K, 200K of memory -- the 700K only happened once. Firefox jacks up over 100K now and then, but that's easy to close and restart. If I'm doing a rollout, I have to save and reopen. That solves the problem, but it's a little annoying.
