If Neil pass he is 3a1a which mean ~ 25% winning chances, a little bit worse than for money. Being 10 pips behind which is racing pass according his a little bit more wastage generating board and White having all 6s 51 42 33 total 16 shots and all those big running numbers like 55 44 65 52 43 for total 24 great rolls, I think it is clear pass. Yes, there is life after 66 or 51 but Neil's 6pt is still open and he can miss a shot after White roll smalls 41 32 11 22 31 (total 8 numbers).
