Given the small number of events where the players actually received points, I would be surprised (but not shocked) if a recalculation would change the totals.

But more than that, something feels very wrong about recounting after the points have been calculated and displayed like this all year. If I won something by .02 and then was later told I really didn't win because a mathematician decided there was a better way to count, I would show some emotion. Changes should be made prospectively only, not after the fact. Going to three decimals is a worthwhile suggestion for next year.
