This is the "best" way.

Or better yet is by definition have the available points from each tournament be rounded to the nearest .01. Then the final totals are in fact exactly accurate. I suspect this might be what the actual policy is.

This is the best way that is easily understood.

I think there needs to be a clarification of the actual policy, and it needs to be on the page I referred to. It doesn't say now, and I really believe that in the absence of any clarification, that the EXACT total should be used.
