RD/P. Blue needs a 5 to cover, or a 61 to pt, but also can 6s out, 3s and 4s to step up, and even if he fails to cover the blot, white still must roll really well to escape this one, and not flatten his board.

I may even guess at this being close to TG - but since there is a question about the take, then it must be a RD.
