Rounding errors...

If it were up to me:

1) Change it so that 1rst place is 1.75 times as many points as 2nd place instead of twice as many: In 2 tournamnets of equal size getting 2nd twice is more difficult than then getting a first and a noncash and should be worth more points.

2) Only ABT points for open division: I know this won't happen because part of the reason for ABT in the first place was as an attendance inducement across the board. But for deciding the best tournamnet player for the year it makes sense to only have open be eligible.

3) A TD gets 1 ABT point for directing: Going into a tournament the ABT point equity per player is 1 (unless the 96 cap comes into effect). The TD probably would have been in the event if not TDing. Without this adjustment there is a negative ABT inducement to being a TD and they obviously are a crucial link in the big picture.
