Well, I don't know if dictionary.com can resolve this one. But it seems to me that the definition of Too Good is any non-double that is a pass if doubled, while the definition of Not Good Enough is any non-double that is a take if doubled. Nothing says that a position cannot be Not Good Enough and simultaneously have an equity that exceeds 1.0. It seems clear to me that in order for a position to be Too Good, it must also be Good Enough (meaning a gain in equity from Double/Take).
I know that Snowie uses the above definition.
