Opening 6-4

The best play is the one that gives you the best equity over your opponent, not the play that gives a bot the best equity over itself. When the rollouts are close, that is when style and the strenghts and weaknesses of you and your opponent matter most. Nothing should be treated as gospel. Adapting to the situation is very important.
The goal is not to minimize your error rate. The goal is to outplay your opponent by as much as possible (or if you are weaker, to minimize the difference in error rates). If I can increase my opponent's error rate by 2.0 by steering the game into situations where my own error rate is increased by 1.0, then I'm going to do that because that's the way to win.
