You'll be +24 pips after playing this 33 so I think ur supposed to get the back men moving. 24/18 21/18(2) looks best to me. Making the 2-point with 3 of your 3s leaves you with too few builders up front, IMHO. I'd make the 18 heavy, leave the blot on the 8 and risk the 4 flies.
