Since the rollout shows a win for me 25.2% I clearly have enough for the take. Is the reason its a .189 error due to the recube vig?

Yes.

You need 8/36 wins to take in general (9/36 if you have no opportunity to recube), although I honestly wouldn't be able to estimate your wins in a cross-section of 36 games.
