I think I got everything figured in if you want to take a look at the hand in question (note it does not show the two players folding before us):

Tourney Hand

All in is fine with me unless we're trying to move up in the ranks of cashing or we feel we have significant advantage over the other players at the table. I also don't mind simply raising, but if you do this it has to be a significant amount where everyone knows you're basically all in (pot committed). Nobody should think they have fold equity on you if they come over the top.

If a good player told me they folded here I wouldn't hold much of an argument against it, esp. if they had some sort of read on the rest of the table, which we don't here apparently.
