Neil asks: Neil queries, where was Pat when this was going on? Why didn't Norm do the same thing as Joe with the lack of shaking? Once again, had I been directing I'd have forced both players to shake at least once and not to fast grab the dice 'til the clock was hit. We have rules, you know !

Patrick PLAYS also on Tuesday nights... The match was down to the wire, both trying to finish before their time expired. Neither called the director, and both had 7 seconds on their clock when Norm tried to bear two checkers off, fumbled them and used up his 7 seconds completely. I was merely a witness and not consulted, only reporting what I saw to Patrick the next week.

Pat is over playing, two WC players I guess figured they could handle it without bothering him, so they didn't. Norm was too meek and he knows it. Joe took unfair advantage and three, of us know that. I hope it was worth it for him making the money round of a weekly tournament.
