"I have a big problem here Ray. You say you went to the bathroom and I continued to plead with Pat. When you came back your rolled 6 was on my side of the board. Why would you roll when the previous position was still in place while I 'pleaded' with Pat. Why would I 'plead' with Pat if the position had been changed."

Need a fact clarification. Was the board reset up to the opening position before the alleged roll of a 6?
