Crawford Play Problem

Worst I can see happening after 11/5 is having to hop out next roll, getting both blots hit and getting gammoned. Barring a 6 here, he will crunch next roll and we will be better off not risking the sydney. Or are we. Let's see.
We move 11/7, 3/1 and he hits us with that fabled but too bloody common 16. We miss his blots on the 1 and the 2 and he rolls something and a 1 or 65 and covers. He misses entering, which is more likely and then we need 2 6s to escape. How lucky do we feel?
I choose 11/5 and keep our board and hope he crunches first.
