Sounds like a great result, and particularly the innovative way you found to adapt to the potential variability in start times.

However, I don't get the part about "matches that require a clock". On a tight schedule, doesn't any match risk being the one that delays the rest of the tournament (or causes it to end late)? Shouldn't every match be clocked?
