Angle Shooting

Angle shooting has been around for as long as games have been. Clocks won't stop that. Even Neil had a few angles shot on him in LA a couple years back with resulting complications, and now I have heard that the particular angle shooter is now playing in Vegas!
Anyway, we are all still playing. My two controversies shouldn't diminish the overall appeal of having clocks at events. But if you are still waiting for a first round match to finish at dinner time, then you are likely waiting on two chronically slow players. Speak up before the dinner break, or you will likely be the one "punished" for their slow playing.
Clocks improved the Super 32 in LA, which was finished in plenty of time for once. Of course in recent years Pat has instituted the clocks and shortened the matches on the advice of yours truly, and began the tournament earlier since he has retired. LA was a great event with an awesome field.
