GNU 4 ply eval..DB etc etc etc

This falls within my GNU DB which states that it is 78.65% cubeless. My testing and research over the years indicates that almost certainly would be the close pass GNU suggests in a race this length. (Rollout to follow)

My Snowie race DB has been copied from my Snowie 1 CD and goes to the 11 pt and agrees cubeless. For those with Snowie 4, you can copy in a race DB to the 10 pt. Snowie will take bad recubes here and may be losing enough equity to turn a small pass into a small take.
