One should not miss an opportunity to do the backgammon equivalent of the full monty whenever they can. In this case it may actually give you the best chance to win because you can lock up the best anchor in the process...

b-22, 24-21, 8/5, 6/3

You may still be able to fight for the 16 point if he fans and you slot all available points without killing a checker. I would definitely do it, just for fun, even in a big tournament.

I would not probably take the upcoming cube though... But if they go for the G, yep!
