I'd play 20/15 7/4*.
Duplicating 4s doesn't really duplicate anything, it actually increases White's good rolls. Normally duplication is a shortcut to cut down on the number of good rolls White has. Here White will hit with any 4 or 13 (13 numbers) regardless of which 5 you play. However, by playing 20/15, you duplicate 13 to hit and 43 to hit two, and, very importantly, you take away 44 as a number that hits two checkers. Also as Rich points out you gain 11s to cover on the next roll.
20/15 does give him an extra 11 to hit, but I think that's outweighed by the other factors.
