The 13 and 43 rolls are nasty, but not in any way duplicated. Neither play reduces either the number or severity of good rolls for white relative to the other candidate plays. In fact duplication could only be argued to the extent that it gives white the opportunity to blunder by hitting on the other side of the board.

Agree regarding 44 and 11.
