A very quick and unscientific rollout with Snowie suggests that in spite of the small doubling window, 7/4* 20/15 followed by white dance does indeed produce a very solid Double/Take at this score. Thus the extra cube value.

A similarly unscientific test of 19/14 indicates barely No Double/Take which will tend to minimize cube value due to the high volatility over the next exchange. The extra two covers for the 4 point apparently make a big difference.
