Do butcher's use cleavers ?

The only thing I'm sure of here is that a passive play is not right. Too much work to do in this game, it will get harder for blue and better for white, so conditions may favor a pay-now play, but most significantly if blue's going to win a G, the attack had better begin now.

So it is either hit or make the 3 pt. I'm fairly certain that making the 3 is going to win the most games as getting hit is bad, but nowhere close to fatal, whereas a non-hit by white or a hit followed by a return hit is all but fatal for white. The question is which play wins more Gs. I don't like waiting to hit as it allows white to either cover the blot on the 2 point or to start running checkers off the gammon. However, to win a G, the 3 point has got to be made too at some point and we can do that now. Seems close on the Gs. So I go with the play that wins.
