Early cube

Let's look at the other (10 rolls) 18 numbers OTB. The worst appears to be 1-2 but IMO we still are about 50% total wins on this roll with the opponent owning the cube. All of the other 5's make the 8 which is really strong and my estimate is we are in the 60's with these numbers. 1-1 makes the 20 pt. 1-6, 2-6 and 3-6 are not terrific but my estimate is mid 50's for these. I believe our g wins exceed our opponents by perhaps 3-5% with these 18 rolls. Bottom line estimate for me is we are into the low to mid 60% (gammon adjusted)win range after not hitting and giving the opponent the cube. Aren't the 5/36 market losers plus the hit and enter close takes or passes sufficient to jusify the cube if my numbers make sense?
