I thought splitting definitely right, particularly considering the two-pt blot. Of course, I split and the opponent rolled the obvious 2-4 and then I had to listen to flak from an inexperienced player on my blunder -- lolol.

My later analyses shows it hugely correct to split with the blot behind me. Much closer without the blot.
