Swings in favor of splitting:

61, 51, 41 give extra 8 shots each

62 give extra 2.

6*8 + 2*2 = 52

Swings in favor of staying anchored:

33 for 8 shots

43 for about 8? equivalent

52 42 for 5 shots each

63 53 for 3 shots

31 32 for 1 or 2 shots each.

8 + 2*8 + 4*5 + 4*3 + 4*1 = 56.

The very small racing consideration also favors staying with the anchor.

Stay with the anchor.
