To understand how -3,-3 differs from money game you could look at the different score attributes like cubeless and cubeful take points on 2 and 4, gammon price on 2 and 4, a consideration of how this effects recube vig etc and figure out what the net effects are in different position types.
You can of course use gnu or snowie to find these facts.
As a rule of thumb, a bordeline take/pass for money is about a 1.2 pass at -3,-3 because the cubeful takepoint starts at about 25% instead of 21.5% (moneygame).
Recommend that you read some of Zare articles which are published and archived at gammonvillage which addresses these issues if you are interested in this kind of reasoning.
