ATS White's 4-cube takepoint is 1/3 plus 1/3 of Blue's gammons.

That is an estimate, right ? I have tried to come with such a simple formula but it did not seem possible. However the estimate doesn't sound too bad since I get 28.75/78.75 = 36.5% as the exact take point with a 15% gammon ratio. Do you know when your estimate is reasonably accurate ?
