NYC ABT Masters Event

In Response To: It's here -- 2009, the year of the Clock PR Campaign (Chuck Bower)

Howard emailed me and informed me that the Masters event was indeed if either player wants a clock the match will be clocked whereas the Open remains both players have to agree for a clock to be used. I was unaware the Masters is clocked (like Vegas). I didn't see this anywhere on the linked page for the NYC ABT and let Howard know. Hopefully I didn't overlook it...
