After reading Chuck's response, I'm a little sheepish, but this looks very close to a double to me--maybe even technically correct. Blue is ahead in the race, has a stronger position, and is on turn with over half of his rolls sending a fourth White checker back. The volatility is huge, but mostly in Blue's direction. I'd guess Blue wins 30% gammons to White's 15%. That would put White's adjusted takepoint close to 30%. I'm sure White wins more than that--maybe in the low 40s? Probably not enough for a cube, but with the volatility so high, I can see it being close.
