Ethics Revised

Since some ppl see these things as unethical I thought I'd show how unethical I apparently am.
1) Discussing already completed situations from this match (and/or consulting a bot about these situations),
I'm a backgammon addict, I collect tons of positions over the weekend, I run some forums somewhere on the internet and have a lot to keep up on. I'm also dead interested in interesting positions. If I have a chance before I leave for dinner or after I get back from dinner I will put the positions in GNU, analyze them, save them, and start the rollouts if I have no others running.
2) Discussing the current score and its implications
I go out to dinner with people, they ask how I'm doing, I answer I'm in my second match of the main and I'm up -2a -4a (or w/e match score you want to discuss) and a discussion starts. Want me to clasp my hands over my ears? Should I not have said the score of my match at all?
3) Discussing your opponent's BG playing characteristics
A lot of times before ppl start their matches and they see they're paired up with Player Y and they know nothing about Player Y they'll ask someone if they know anything about their game. I assume that's fine since it's right before the match??
4) Consulting a match equity table?
I will tell you many times over dinner breaks I've consulted tons of shit. I have no idea how many times I was actually in the middle of a match, but it wouldn't have crossed my mind not to. I need a constant refresher course on everything I try to jam in my teeny tiny brain. Whether it's a MET, replies, bearoff cubes, should I not allowed to be able to consult anything backgammon related?
I also often bring a backgammon book with me to read on my down time during a tournament, if I happen to break in the middle of my match does this mean I shouldn't be reading the book during my dinner break?
The short of it is you can't police it so why worry about it. The long of it is I do them all so perhaps I'm the most unethical player out there.
