Recube vig isn't "about 3%", it is some variable percentage of cubeless wins.

At 22% cubeless it is usually about 3%, but at 80% cubeless for instance it is the remaining 20% since you have a double/pass.

At 29% cubeless in this position, it is significanly more than 3% and apparently enough to afford a take.
