21/16,9/7. Nail the prime. Very hard to lose from there.

I dont see the point in protecting against 11, and I dont care about closing out the ace point when I dont have my builders close enough in to effectively wipe out white which could cost dearly. (entering 1s for 2 or 3 rolls while blue tries to hit white out).
