woww there are many many books :) i wonder is there anyone read all of backgammon books? and is it needed to read study all of them to become worlds top player? imho i believe just best 8-10 books are enough to become world class, then player should study his own matches or positions like this forum and comments them for improve his strength. i am not expert to comment this, but study for 5 months and begin to see something like this.
Neil, i want to ask somethings especially you, since you are best :)
1) after bootcamp, what should be read ?
2) do you believe read too many books to become world class, or how many of them are must be read?
3) and how a book should read? just read turn page, or play the position sometimes, how should i read the book to learn and dont forget again?
reading for 4 months bootcamp, and after read the position i play it 3-4 times to memorize it, it really bores me, after finish it 15-20 days, want to break some dont read time and then should reread bootcamp to memorize many things from there.
is 501 worth of reading? i read many posts about the position they are not true, is there any place to find which positions are false so that when i read it learn the best play by RO
