In Response To: Speaking of match breaks -- ethics question (Chuck Bower)

As Stick pointed out matches should be completed before dinner breaks. Giving someone the opportunity to work on match play vs a particular opponent, at a particular score, is an inequity not only for his oppponent, but in a sense for the entire field.

True that a additional burden is created for those in charge of scheduling. There has been lot's of discussion on this site concerning how tournament scheduling can be improved with asiduous planning. I believe this is another challenge that needs to be addressed. I don't see it as unduly burdensome if several matches took up to an extra hour to complete during a 2 hour dinner break.
