Straddle is fun! Like DC said, it's SB, BB, then the person UTG, who would be first to act, who puts on the straddle. Normally the table agrees to play a *live straddle* which means they do it every hand. The UTG person doubles the BB before he gets his cards and his turn is passed over. When it gets back to him he has the normal option of check/fold/raise.

You can also have multiple straddles, which gets way out of hand but puts so much $$$ in the pot preflop everyone is playing, which I like ;)
